Returns & Refunds

We hope that you will love your splashback. Made in Britain and guaranteed for 5 years, our splashbacks provide complete peace of mind.

However, if you're not 100% satisfied email: enquiries@insightretail.co.uk 

We will then be in touch with details on how to return your splashback. Return it to us within 28 days and we will give you a full refund.

Any return is subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused
• Items which have the self-adhesive backing removed will not be exchanged or refunded
• You will receive a full refund of the price paid. Returning an unwanted order is your responsibility and your refund will be processed when we have received the item back in a resaleable condition
• We reserve the right to refuse a return and to ask for proof of identification
• If you would like us to arrange the collection of your return, a charge of £20 will be deducted from your refund

Your consumer rights are not afffected.

Cancellations

You may cancel all or part of your order at any time prior to dispatch which is normally within 24 hours. Once orders have been sent they cannot be cancelled and returning the item is your responsibility.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Photos of any faulty items are necessary before any replacement is issued. Please email us at enquiries@insightretail.co.uk to arrange a collection.
